Crystal Singing Bowls & Sets

These beautiful frosted quartz crystal bowls will include a mallet of choice and a rubber ring for centering. 

It has been believed since ancient times that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in a state of vibration. In other words, with sound healing or sound therapy, each part of the body will resonate with various vibrations.

The sound waves from the singing bowls move through the body, they help to bring vibrational balance to blockages, illnesses and other ailments stored in the body; especially when paired with positive affirmations/intentions.

Many testimonies speak truth into recharging the brainwave frequencies and energizing the body on a cellular level during sound bowl meditation. Considering these are crystal singing bowls and our bodies are made up in a crystalline structure, these beliefs become stronger yet.

While sizes and tones are not all the same, there are options to pair different tones with each chakra of the body. (C,D,E,F,G,A,B) In this way, as the notes speak to the multiple channels of energies in our body, we are able to influence these areas physically, mentally and emotionally. Larger bowls are deeper in sound representing rooting/grounding and in turn complimenting the physical. The smaller bowls are higher in pitch complimenting the spiritual.

You may have to practice a few times when beginning to play your crystal bowls, however, musician experience is not necessary. Simply tap the mallet of choice lightly on the edge of the bowl and continuously glide the mallet around the outside of the rim to create sound.
