Refunds & Returns Policy

At Nymph Ki, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know so we can make it right — whether that’s a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible, please email Amberlyn@nymphki.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include a photo of the item(s), your order number or proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

After 30 days, we’re no longer able to guarantee a refund or exchange — but you’re still welcome to reach out. We do our best to support every customer with care and integrity.


Watch Guarantee – 24 Months

All Nymph Ki watches are covered by a 24-month guarantee (valid worldwide) for individual customers.

If your watch has a qualifying issue within 24 months of purchase, we’ll offer either a free repair or a replacement watch of equal value (or a comparable model if the original is no longer available).

To begin a warranty claim, email Amberlyn@nymphki.com with your details. We’ll respond with next steps.


What’s Not Covered

The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, impact, exposure to water or moisture, extreme temperatures, unauthorized repairs, or normal changes to natural materials like wood or leather. Strap breakage due to excessive force is also excluded.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll cover both the cost of return shipping and the original shipping fee. Please pack your item securely to avoid damage in transit. Once received, we’ll process your return within 30 days.
