You may adjust by pushing out the metal pin holding the binding in place. We suggest using a push-pin, or small screwdriver to make this process easier. Once you adjust where the binding is meant for your wrist, use the pin to secure it once again,  before wearing. Use the small dial on the side to adjust the time and date. As you pull outward you will hear a “click.” One click will allow you to adjust the date, and two clicks will allow you to adjust the time.
