Free shipping is offered on all domestic U.S. orders over $50 (before tax). No promo code is needed — this offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. We carefully prepare and pack each Nymph Ki order before it begins its journey to you.

International Shipping
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow it along the way.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nymph Ki, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right with a return, exchange, replacement, or refund when appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us at amberlyn@nymphki.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number or proof of purchase and a brief description of the reason for your return. If there is an issue with the item, please include a photo so we can help you as quickly as possible.

After 30 days, we can’t guarantee a return or exchange, but you’re still welcome to contact us. We’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Nymph Ki will cover the return shipping costs when the issue is our responsibility and will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you decide an item simply isn’t right for you, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the approved refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for a refund to appear in your account.

Watch Guarantee — 24 Months

All Nymph Ki watches are covered by a 24-month guarantee, valid worldwide for individual customers.

If your watch develops a qualifying issue within 24 months of purchase, we’ll offer a free repair or replacement watch of equal value, or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.

To begin a warranty claim, email amberlyn@nymphki.com with your order information and details about the issue. We’ll respond with the next steps.

What the Watch Guarantee Does Not Cover

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, exposure to water or moisture, extreme temperatures, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or natural changes to materials such as wood or leather. Strap breakage caused by excessive force is also excluded.
